A career in real estate provides you flexibility and the freedom to set your own pace.  You income directly reflects your efforts – you are in control.  There are no limits on what an astute, hard-working individual can earn. 

Working in real estate allows for independence and choices of environment in which to work.  You can join a large or smaller firm and start to develop a whole new career path.  As your experience grows, you could have the option of becoming a real estate broker and own your own business and employ other salespeople. 

What kind of person succeeds in the real estate industry?

What is the first step to becoming a real estate agent?

Entry into the real estate profession takes preparation.  Licensing is required and you will need to pass your Real Estate Commission’s State Exam.  Before your exam you will need to sign up for the Pre-License Course.  Following your Pre-License instruction you can take the State Exam.  Afterwards you will be eligible to sign up for the Post-License Course for New Affiliates.
