The Community Outreach Committee is responsible for planning promotions and advertising to increase public awareness of REALTORS® and their services. Partners In Education Task Force The Cultural Diversity/Equal Opportunity Committee is responsible for assisting REALTORS® in understanding the changing demographics of our community and how to best serve all customers and clients. Participation in various task forces including Habitat, promoting affordable housing. Neighborhood Conference afford REALTOR® members and affiliate members the opportunity to share their expertise concerning the home buying and selling process. Grievance Committee*The Grievance Committee is responsible for receiving Code of Ethics complaints and arbitration requests and reviewing them before forwarding them to the Professional Standards Committee or dismissing them. Governmental Affairs *The Governmental Affairs Committee is responsible for monitoring legislation affecting the real estate industry and to lead delegations to the State Legislature and the U.S. Congress for the presentation and discussion of REALTORS® issues and the protection of private property rights. The Member Services Committee is responsible for establishing, reviewing, updating, and developing services to meet the needs of the members. Professional Development Committee*The Professional Development Committee is responsible for meeting the educational needs of the members. Professional Standards Committee The Professional Standards Committee is responsible for enforcing the Code of Ethics by conducting professional standards and arbitration hearings.
The Strategic Planning Committee is responsible for planning the long-range guiding principles that invent and shape the future of the Association and to evaluate, review and make appropriate changes in the plan.
